It is to say that BCs were deprived of equal opportunities and not allowed to express & demonstrate their abilities. This led not only the BCs to remain backward and captive to upper castes, but also the country to remain backward. So Dundra Kumara Swamy demanded a separate BC ministry and requested the central government to formulate necessary plans for the same.
